Their coffee is good but get the matcha latte with espresso because that is really fantastic :) the team is really nice, speaks English, and the shop also sells Sarasa bakery goods.

Nice minimalistic coffee shop close to Kyoto Station. Definitely worth a visit before seeing the rest of the city. Try the filter brew!
