Fantastic and unique cocktail experience in Tokyo. Gen san manipulates the aroma of spirits and very fresh and seasonal fruits. Recommend to make reservations right before or after business hour.

This is one of the most inspirational bars I've ever been to. Each cocktail features one or two local farmers market fresh fruit or veggie and one spirit. Pure simplicity at its best.

Gen-san is charming, knowledgable and zen. The bar's scent from the Hokkaido Mizunara wood counter, heavenly. I want to move in. Also. I think I captured the only photo of him smiling while pouring ✌

Gastronomic cocktail experience. 2 set menu: 4 or 6 cocktails. Gen Yamamoto strives to find the balance between the acidity or sweetness of a fruit with liquor. Reservations highly recommended!
